Public finances
This line supports redistributive fiscal reforms and tax policies that, in addition to strengthening taxation capacity, encourage greater citizen involvement and generate greater confidence in tax institutions, improve efficiency in collection, and promote the fight against fraud and tax evasion. The Actions are designed to achieve results in: reforms of fiscal systems, the promotion of voluntary compliance regarding tax obligations to increase fiscal collection and to improve the plan-budget-evaluation sequence in the budget cycle.

Regional Development
Territorial cohesion is one of the main cornerstones when building a country and consolidating a common political project. Segregation and territorial imbalances, on the contrary, undermine citizenship development possibilities as a whole. In the face of challenges of this size, some specific actions are promoted, through mechanisms such as public innovation, the exchange of experiences, and the debate around three primary actions: Multilevel governance strategies and regulation of intergovernmental relationships; systems of competitiveness, productivity and innovation in the territory and improvement of initiatives of territorial organisation and rural development; and Cross Border Cooperation Programmes.

Access to Justice, prevention of violence and reintegration of persons deprived of their liberty
This line promotes the integration and inclusion of population groups in vulnerable situations through the protection and dissemination of their rights. Among these groups are migrants; girls, boys and adolescents; the victims of violent crimes; young people in conflict with the law; persons deprived of liberty; people belonging to ethnic minorities; and women who are in situations of gender-based discrimination. The following results are targeted: the reduction of barriers to accessing justice; the implementation of Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms (MASC in its Spanish acronym); disclosure of rights, guidance, and legal assistance; the strengthening of Public Defenders; prevention of violence; and the insertion of people deprived of liberty into the workforce.

Good governance and construction of citizenship
This line will promote actions guided by the key principles of democracy such as transparency and access to information, accountability, participation, combating corruption, and education to foster democratic citizenship. The Actions focus on: accountability mechanisms - combating corruption; integrity policies; transparency and access to public information, civic culture and citizen engagement.

In the Related Activities and Actions section, you will find the list of activities for each of the actions that are in the approval, execution and completion phase. This data comes from the EUROsociAL + -SOFIE- Information Organization System and is updated every 24 hours.
