11.8 To support positive economic, social and environmental links between urban, peri-urban and rural areas by strengthening national and regional development planning.

11.b To increase the number of cities and human settlements that adopt and implement integrated policies/plans to promote inclusion, efficient use of resources, mitigation of/adaptation to climate change, and resilience to disasters, and that put into practice integrated disaster risk management (in line with the 2015-2030 Sendai Framework).
