The EUROsociAL+ Programme has worked with Argentina on several reforms of key public policies to improve social cohesion. It coordinates its action with the Argentine institutions through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship’s General Directorate of International Cooperation and the European Union’s Delegation in the country.

In 2020, a public policies dialogue process was carried out with Argentine government institutions, in coordination with the EU Delegation, and with the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The process established a design of strategic policy prioritisation, with a methodology for exchange and virtual work, which served as a basis and replica for the adaptation of other Country Dialogues in the framework of the COVID19 Pandemic. In Argentina, this process culminated in the holding of a virtual meeting of authorities or "Country Roundtable" on 13 July with the approval of the Roadmap and coordinated portfolio of support actions for the period 2020-2022.
