The EUROsociAL+ Programme has assisted Paraguay with several reforms of key public policies to improve social cohesion. It coordinates its action with the Paraguayan institutions through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the European Union’s Delegation in the country. After the change of government, in September 2018 a round-table meeting was held at national level. From 2019 to the present day, country pre-round table meetings have been held to coordinate and monitor the programme's support actions. In 2020, the country pre-round table meeting to coordinate actions was held virtually due to the pandemic. In 2022, assistance in the country continues.
