The EUROsociAL+ Programme has assisted Honduras with several reforms of key public policies to improve social cohesion. It coordinates its actions with Honduran institutions through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the European Union’s Delegation in the country. Since April 2020, coordination and monitoring meetings with these institutions (country pre-round tables) have been held with the country's organisations in order to define priorities for assistance by the Programme and its implementation.

The Programme has supported the country with 24 actions.
