10.2 To enhance and promote the social, economic and political inclusion of all people, regardless of their age, sex, disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion or economic situation or other condition.

10.7 To facilitate the orderly, safe, regular and responsible migration and mobility of people, including through the application of planned and well-managed migration policies.
