The EUROsociAL+ Programme coordinates its action with Nicaraguan institutions through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the European Union’s Delegation in the country.

Nicaragua participated in an exchange of best practices organised by the EUROsociAL+ Programme together with the EU-LAC Foundation, with the purpose of analysing the experiences of public, private and civil organisations that have managed to promote the more effective insertion of women in the labour markets in Latin America, the Caribbean and the European Union. The country was one of the presenters at the "The insertion of young women in the labour force: from good practices to innovative policies" meeting held in 2018.
