The EUROsociAL+ Programme has assisted Guatemala with several reforms of key public policies to improve social cohesion. It coordinates its actions with Guatemalan institutions through the Presidency Secretariat for Planning and Programming (SEGEPLAN) and the European Union’s Delegation in the country. In 2017, the mission to identify cooperation demands was carried out. Since 2019, pre-tables have been held in countries to coordinate the demand for actions, their prioritization and follow-up. During 2020 and 2021, the dialogue process continued virtually due to the pandemic, consolidating the portfolio of Actions to support the country.

The Programme supports the country with 26 actions.
