Strengthening transversal skills throughout the life cycle of the population

In Colombia, families living in poverty face barriers that prevent them from accessing post-secondary education; Inequity is reflected in the fact that 91.2% of middle and upper class high school graduates manage to continue with higher education studies while only 28.7% of high school graduates in poverty and 53.4% of high school graduates in conditions of vulnerability, according to Social Prosperity calculations based on the 2013 Quality of Life Survey.
