150 representatives from more than 30 countries in Latin America, the Caribbean and the European Union have reflected on the use of alternatives to custodial measures at a bi-regional conference organised in Montevideo by three regional cooperation programmes of the European Union (COPOLAD II, EL PAcCTO and EUROsociAL+), and which was supported by AUCI, the National Drug Board (JND) and the Ministry of the Interior.
