The Plan for Recovery, Social Reconstruction and Resilience in Central America and the Dominican Republic has been drawn up after a wide-ranging process of consultation with key national figures designated by the authorities in different public social institutions. It has also been supported by the European Union through EUROsociAL+, the Programme for Social Cohesion in Latin America, other key actors from SICA countries and technical bodies active in the regional integration process.
The Plan is made up of a set of strategic projects that are articulated around 3 intervention areas. This video presents a summary of the first of these, focusing on social protection.
