Alternatives to imprisonment

The European Union joins three cooperation programs with Latin America and the Caribbean (EUROsociAL+, COPOLAD II and EL PAcCTO) in the organization of the bi-regional Conference of Montevideo to reflect on alternative measures to imprisonment.
