Publication date: 27/05/2022
The EUROsociAL+ program has been working for 3 years with the four countries that make up the Pacific Alliance (PA), Chile, Colombia, Peru and Mexico, to support the initiatives established by Presidential mandate that seek to advance regional integration, particularly in the vocational training and mobility of people. The program has supported the creation of the first professional training portal of the AdP in hotel trades and incorporating digital skills and, also, the generation of a system of homologation of those of certification of labor skills, which are included in this document.
The strategic importance of having a system that allows the recognition of certificates delivered by any country generates a high regional mobility of workers, favoring economic development. A real vision, certified and accepted, of the job skills of migrated people, an issue that improves job placement.
