Proposal for legislative reform for the regulation of part-time work by hours and online applications

EUROsociAL+ supports the Colombian Ministry of Labor to draw up regulations, both for companies in the market for goods and services on technological platforms, and for workers —among whom a large percentage are women—, to guarantee coverage of the social Security. As an example of this effort made by the Colombian government, there is the initiative to regulate taxi-type transportation apps.
