Competition on relevant experiences in Labor Inclusion of Young Women
Publication date: 09/05/2022Even though there have been notable advances in overcoming gender gaps in the education of girls and adolescents in the last two decades, young women —regardless of their level of education— have greater difficulty finding work after completing their secondary education cycle. education or training (ILO 2015; UN Women 2015). This, in turn, implies lost investment in education itself and in unearned income, which not only affect women personally, but also economies and societies as a whole.
