The impact of the pandemic affects disproportionately in areas where housing conditions are precarious, such as in informal settlements.
The objectives of the session have been to identify responses to the crisis and the emergency generated by COVID-19 and collect inputs for public action in the precarious settlements of Central America and the social housing policy, with the perspective of promoting structural change in the context of inequalities and segregation in cities.
