On April 1 and 2, 2019, the seminar “More young people in companies” took place in Lima (Peru), with the aim of advancing the integration of training and work as a way to improve youth employability and the productivity of companies. At the meeting, 60 international organisations and institutions were represented and 120 people from more than 20 countries from Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe participated.
