We interview the Costa Rican Minister for Human Development and Social Inclusion, Juan Luís Bermúdez. Costa Rica currently holds the Pro-tempore Presidency of SICA and is committed to the 3R Plan, Recovery, Social Reconstruction and Resilience covering Central America and the Dominican Republic. The plan was prepared with the support of EUROsociAL and aims to promote recovery and the generation of resilience in the region in three fundamental areas: social protection, employment and human settlements.
