Marcia Lopes and Héctor Cardenas are former ministers of social development and the fight against hunger in Brazil and Paraguay, respectively. And, currently, they are working as consultants for the EUROsociAL+ Programme in developing the Argentina Plan against Hunger.
In this interview, both give us their opinion on the challenges of said Plan in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, in addition to offering us their vision regarding public policies in the fight against hunger, the struggle against poverty and regarding social inclusion in Latin America.
