The EUROsociAL+ Programme, through the area of Social Policies coordinated by the IILA, has contributed to the design and implementation of the National Employment System (SNE) of Costa Rica, through a joint effort with the National Institute of Learning (INA) of this country.
The main objective of the process is to modernise employment services, adapt them to the needs of the labour market, and design vocational training programmes that help reduce unemployment rates and improve employability conditions in the country.
