Hour: 8:30 am Bogotá - 2:30 pm Bruselas
Country or Region: Latin American Region, European Union Region
Language: Spanish
Topic: Social cohesion
Olicy Areas: Democratic governance policies
The bi-regional dialogue seeks to strengthen ties with the countries of Europe and Latin America around public policies for land use planning and development, exchanging lessons learnt, recommendations and expectations, in the face of the challenges of sustainable development, and the economic and social recovery of our countries, with national, subregional and cross-border perspectives.
This virtual forum is organised by the Latin American Network of Public Policies for Regional Development, the National Planning Department of Colombia and the Democratic Governance policy area of the EU EUROsociAL+ Programme. The objective is to create a space for exchange and dialogue around public policies and legislative developments on land use with the countries that are part of the Network, also taking as a reference European experiences that open up common reflection for the participating countries and that help in the progress that each country is achieving with regard its legislative developments or in their implementation.
