Gender Perspective in Transparency Policies and Access to Information in Latin America

By including the gender perspective in the processes of formulation and evaluation of transparency policies, the aim is to eliminate the barriers that women face to exercise their right of access to public information (DAIP), as well as encouraging institutions to generate information free of stereotypes that, in addition to reproducing inequalities, bias the analysis of social phenomena.
