Construction of the Care Policy in Paraguay

The Framework Document for the Design of a National Care Policy in Paraguay, prepared with the support of the European Union, through the Eurosocial+ Program, and the cooperation of UN Women, is the result of the work being carried out by the Interinstitutional Promoter Group of Public Care Policies. The axes and minimum contents of the national care policy analyzed in this Framework Document are a valid platform for a broad social and institutional discussion that seeks the greatest possible consensus in the country, about the care policy and its constitution as one of the pillars of the Paraguayan social protection system. This document was adopted by interinstitutional resolution on June 18, 2018.
