In this document, a comparative analysis is made of the innovations applied by some Employment Systems -PES- in Latin America and Europe, in recent times. The PES of Costa Rica, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay and Argentina in Latin America and the PES of France, Spain, Italy and Germany in Europe have been chosen, based on their significant advances and innovations before and during the COVID pandemic. -19, to meet the great challenges in terms of employment, in the face of labor supply and demand.
