Regional protocol for the investigation of crimes of gender violence of the AIAMP

This protocol responds to a regional need to strengthen the capacities of Public Ministries to have standards, general guidelines, lines of action, theoretical bases and practical tools to guarantee the rights of direct and indirect victims of crimes of gender violence. based on international conferences on women’s rights and a life free from violence. This protocol recognized good practices of the AIAMP member countries and received feedback from the members of the network, which is why it is a product that was validated and socialized, it can be considered as a good practice for exchange and institutional strengthening.
