This methodological guide is aimed at those institutions of national governments, which have the responsibility of providing services and procedures to companies, civil society organizations and citizens. It is also a very useful tool for local and regional governments to improve their public policy-making processes. It is a roadmap to apply the Model for the Territorialization of Public Policies -MTPP- effectively. The Public Policy Territorialization Model that is displayed in this Guide is a simple tool that addresses the process of construction, planning, execution and evaluation of more efficient public policies that take into account the aspirations and needs of the territories and the citizenship, thus achieving a greater impact on sustainable development and contributes to the goals of the 2030 Agenda.
