The document presented today is the result of the work of a group of experts from public institutions, civil society and organizations protecting the rights of children and adolescents, thanks to the support of EUROsociAL +. This paper presents the design of the training curriculum modules and proposed a plan for training and refresher permanent staff of the National Institute of Social Inclusion Adolescent (INISA), for work with adolescent offenders.
