This document is the result of collaborative work between the Convention on the Prevention, Punishment and Eradication of Violence against Women (MESECVI) and the EUROsociAL+ Program. It highlights the accessibility barriers and the situation of violence against women with disabilities, victims or survivors, and compiles the best practices to facilitate their access to justice. It is a product of research and consultation with civil society organizations of people with disabilities or support for people with disabilities. It includes a list of public initiatives (legislation or other regulations, jurisprudence, action protocols, specialized services, training programs), identified in Latin America and Europe, to guarantee access to justice for women with disabilities.
