The new version of the “Santiago Guides for the protection of victims and witnesses” was unanimously approved at the XXVIII Ordinary General Assembly of the Ibero-American Association of Public Ministries, held online on November 4 and 5, 2020 . This process of reviewing and updating starts at the XXVI General Assembly held in November 2018 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, when they commemorated the first ten years of the Santiago Guide.
