Methodological guide for planning and implementing a budget for results

Author / Authors: José Francisco Pacheco Jiménez
Publication date: 11/09/2020
This methodological guide is to guide policy makers and their technical teams in the process of building a Budget for Results (BfR) model. The BfR is a component of Management for Results (MfR), so its links with Planning for Results must also be considered in the design and implementation process.
The Guide contains the European and Latin American visions and experiences, but at the same time it recognizes that the Central American region has made efforts to advance in the matter, finding today a diversity of experiences that show different levels of progress.
