In recent years in Latin America there is a desire to implement Comprehensive Care Systems: For this, instruments are explored for the exercise of the right to care for dependent people, and in the resolution of the service deficit. EUROsociAL+, the European Union Program, has been contributing to this objective. This publication is the product of a support action by the Program for the Ministry of Women, Gender and Diversity (MMGyD) of Argentina that began in 2021. The support provided to the teams of the Ministry and the Interinstitutional Care Board had the purpose of provide a comparative perspective, establishing a dialogue and exchange between peers, with good Latin American and European practices, contextualizing them to those specified in each country according to the degree of development of their care policies and services.
