Good practices for the incorporation of the gender perspective in judicial decisions

Applying the gender perspective in sentences is going beyond the formalistic interpretation of the law and the letter of the law. It is essential that in the adjudication there is a balance between the legal materials that are available when resolving the case (precedents, norms, facts and evidence).
