Formalization of work in private homes in Peru

Since 2020, the EUROsociAL+ Program has been accompanying the MTPE of Peru in the implementation, design of the registry and the communication strategy of Law 31,047 on Domestic Workers, whose purpose is to “prevent and eliminate all forms of discrimination in conditions of work and employment of those who perform domestic work, guarantee their fundamental rights, as well as recognize their significant contribution to the social and economic development of the country.”
