Corruption, politically exposed persons and final beneficiaries. An approach to research

In the Action “Strengthening the AIAMP Network of Prosecutors against Corruption”, implemented and coordinated by the governance area of the European Union EUROsociAL + Program, together with the AIAMP Network of Anti-Corruption Prosecutors and Tirant lo Blanch. This publication is based on existing international regulatory frameworks and tools to provide specific action guidance and recommendations. It takes as a reference the Interinstitutional Cooperation Agreement AIAMP 2018, on the “exchange of information in a fluid, continuous, secure, timely and effective manner” for direct cooperation between competent authorities, in transnational property investigations.
