Youth employability series II: “Social dialogue” (Lima, Peru)

During the seminar, one of the recurring themes was the centrality of social dialogue and the incorporation of the contributions of our youth for the design of dual training and dual occupation systems. An agreement between unions, employers and governments that specifies the distribution of responsibilities, the financing of training and work processes and that defines regulatory frameworks, are the basis for a system of dual training or occupation that is sustainable over time and that benefits young people and companies.
