The purpose of accompanying the AIAMP is to contribute to the efforts made by the Association in the area of restorative justice and to contribute to the development of a policy of criminal prosecution that is not limited to holding the adolescent responsible through reparation to the victims of crimes, but also favor their social reintegration.
The work obtained is guided by a gender approach observed with a transversal character in accordance with current international standards on the matter. For this reason, the Restorative Juvenile Criminal Justice Working Group and the AIAMP Specialized Gender Network were articulated.
