How is EUROsociAL+ structured?

EUROsociAL+ is structured on the basis of a consortium of three European institutions, each of which is responsible for one of the thematic areas.

The International and Ibero-American Foundation for Administration and Public Policies, F.S.P. (FIIAPP), headquartered in Madrid (Spain), is the institution that leads the consortium, and therefore it is responsible for representation, administration, coordination and overall management of the programme. Under this mandate, FIIAPP holds responsibility for management and operates the Programme Office. It is also responsible for coordination of the Governance Policies Technical Unit and for design and implementation of the tasks slated for this area.
Expertise France (EF), a French institution headquartered in Paris, is the partner responsible for coordination of the Gender Policies Technical Unit, as well as for the design of gender mainstreaming actions in the EUROsociAL+ actions.
The Instituto Italo-Latino Americano (IILA), headquartered in Rome (Italy), is the partner assigned responsibility for coordination of the Social Policy Technical Unit and for design and implementation of actions in this area.

Lastly, the Central American Social Integration System (SISCA), contributes to the establishment of synergies and complementarities within the framework of its mandate, promoting the harmonization of the social agenda of the programme in Central America.
