It also advises on the following: preparation and evaluation of national budget and accountability projects based on performance indicators; analysis and evaluation of the budgets, investment plans and fees of the bodies cited in article 221 of the country's constitution; management of modernisation and reform of State processes; and the planning of decentralisation policies. It is an operational partner of EUROsociAL II in the Public Finance area.
